We take pride in ensuring a seamless shopping experience and offer a straightforward returns policy and exchanges for your convenience. Should you wish to return or exchange an item, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to do so. Before initiating a return, we kindly request that you contact our customer service team. Many issues can often be resolved instantly, ensuring your continued satisfaction.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, our returns policy is for items to meet the following criteria:
- Original Packaging: Products must be returned in the original packaging, and if sealed, they must remain unopened.
- Unused Condition: Items must be in pristine, unused condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.
We must be notified of requests to return or exchange items within 14 days of receipt. Returned or exchanged items must then be returned to us in the perfect (unused) condition, and in the original packaging, within 30 days. If there is evidence of usage we will strictly be unable to issue a refund as the item cannot be resold, but the item will be returned to the buyer.
Refunds or exchanges will be issued within 3 working days of receiving the returned item/s in perfect condition. Please note that the original postage fee will be deducted from the refund total, except in cases where the item is faulty.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. For your peace of mind, we highly recommend that you obtain proof of postage when returning items. This ensures that your package can be tracked and resolved promptly in the unlikely event of an issue during transit.
A postage charge will be payable for exchanges - for items shipped to the UK the additional postage charge for exchanges is £3.99. Charges for shipping exchanged international items will be calculated based on the destination country and weight.
