UK Shipping Policies

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped by our family run team from our studio in Devon, UK. 

Standard shipping to all UK addresses (sent via the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service) is free of charge for orders over £50. 

For orders under £50 there will be a flat rate shipping charge of £3.99 for standard Tracked 48 postage, or £4.99 for fast (Tracked 24) shipping. The service you require can be chosen at check out.

Packages are either sent via the Royal Mail Tracked 48 (standard shipping) or Royal Mail Tracked 24 (fast shipping) to ensure it reaches your door safely.

Orders placed before midday will normally be dispatched the same working day, or the next working day for orders placed after midday. During busier periods the processing time may be longer so please allow 1-2 working days.

Orders shipped via the standard service will normally be delivered 2-4 working days from fulfilment. Tracked 24 orders will normally be delivered 1-2 working days from fulfilment.

Delivery timescales are an estimate and not guaranteed, subject to Royal Mail delivery times (which may take longer during busy periods).

Please note your package may require a signature.

Please note shipping is subject to the following policies:

  • Photographic evidence of delivery at the address from Royal Mail will be taken as proof of delivery. Replacements or refunds cannot be issued once proof of delivery has been provided by Royal Mail.
  • Delivery timescales cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to delay, especially during busy times. We are unable to initiate action with Royal Mail until 7 days after shipping so we do appreciate your patience. If you have any concerns about your parcel, please get in touch and we will do our best to help.
  • Once orders have been shipped they cannot be cancelled. If you would like a refund after the order has been shipped you will need to wait to receive it and then return the items. Please refer to the returns page for more information.

International Shipping

In some cases we may be able to offer international shipping - please get in touch for a quotation if your area is not currently covered in the shipping fees.

Please note international shipments are subject to the following policies:

  • Delivery timescale targets to international destinations cannot be guaranteed.
  • The correct shipping charges must be paid in full before orders can be dispatched.
  • All customs and tax charges (including import VAT) are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Packages will be sent with a tracking reference and it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure receipt of the delivery or collection from a delivery office. If delivery is attempted, missed and packages are returned to us, an additional postage charge will need to be paid for packages to be re-sent.
