Fast & Free UK Shipping

Standard shipping to all UK addresses is free of charge for orders over £50. For orders under £50 a flat rate charge applies of £3.99 for standard shipping or £4.99 for express shipping. The service you require can be chosen at check out.

Packages are sent via the fast Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 services to ensure it reaches your door safely. Express orders will normally be delivered 1-2 working days from completion, and 2-3 days for the standard service. Both services are subject to Royal Mail delivery times. Your package may require a signature.

Please note shipping is subject to the following:

  • We must take photographic evidence of delivery at the address from Royal Mail as proof of delivery and replacements or refunds cannot be issued once that proof has been provided.
  • Delivery timescales cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to delay, especially during busy times. We are unable to initiate action with Royal Mail until 7 days after shipping so we do appreciate your patience. If you have any concerns about your parcel, please get in touch and we will do our best to help.
  • Once orders have been shipped they cannot be cancelled. If you would like a refund after the order has been shipped you will need to wait to receive it and then return the items. Please refer to the returns page for more information.

International Shipping

In some cases we may be able to offer international shipping - please get in touch for a quotation if your area is not currently covered in the shipping fees.

Please note international shipments are subject to the following policies:

  • Delivery timescale targets to international destinations cannot be guaranteed.
  • The correct shipping charges must be paid in full before orders can be dispatched.
  • All customs and tax charges (including import VAT) are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Packages will be sent with a tracking reference and it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure receipt of the delivery or collection from a delivery office. If delivery is attempted, missed and packages are returned to us, an additional postage charge will need to be paid for packages to be re-sent.
