In stock orders typically take 2-4 working days to arrive, or 1-2 working days with express shipping. Please note these timescales are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delivery estimates for pre-order items are given on product pages.

Orders are placed before 12 pm on a week day will normally be shipped the same day. If you need your parcel urgently please select express shipping at check out and send us a message via the form below so we can prioritise the order.

We offer a doorstep collection service for those who wish to pick up orders from our studio. We are based on the North Devon/Cornwall coast between Bideford and Bude. Please contact us via the form below to arrange.

You can check the progress of your parcel using the tracking reference provided on the shipping notification email. If you have concerns, send us a message with your order number and we will help locate your parcel.

Our top recommendation is Badalassi Carlo Minerva, an Italian vegetable tanned leather that’s soft enough to work with while still holding its shape beautifully. It’s forgiving for beginners yet produces professional-looking results, making it an excellent choice for wallets, card holders, notebook covers and many other small leather goods.
