Straightforward Returns Policy

We take pride in ensuring a seamless shopping experience and offer a straightforward returns policy and exchanges for your convenience. Should you wish to return or exchange an unwanted item, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to do so*. Unless the item is faulty, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Before initiating a return, we kindly request that you contact our customer service team. Many issues can often be resolved instantly, ensuring your continued satisfaction.

*To be eligible for a return or exchange orders and items must meet the following criteria:

  • Original Packaging: Products must be returned in the original packaging, and if sealed, they must remain unopened.
  • Unused Condition: Items must be in pristine, unused condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.
  • Genuine Sale: Applies to genuine sales only - items purchased for use in photo shoots or for marketing purposes and then returned require pre-approval and a usage / restocking fee may apply. Restocking fees are 25% of the original order price.

Returns are subject to the following policies:

  1. We must be notified of requests to return or exchange items within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
  2. Returned or exchanged items must then be returned to us in the perfect (unused and undamaged) condition, in the original packaging, within 30 days. If there is evidence of usage or damage during transit we will strictly be unable to issue a refund as the item cannot be resold, but the item will be returned to the buyer.
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. For your peace of mind, we recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning items. This ensures that your package can be tracked and resolved promptly in the unlikely event of an issue during transit.
  4. In cases where the item is faulty a full refund will be issued including the original postage fee.
  5. A postage charge will be payable for exchanges - for items shipped to the UK the additional postage charge for exchanges is £3.99. Charges for shipping on exchanged international items will be calculated based on the destination country and weight.
  6. Returning any item/s to us safely is the responsibility of the buyer and we cannot be liable for any items lost or damage during the return transit.
  7. Refunds or exchanges will be issued within 3 working days of receiving the returned item/s in perfect, unused condition.
  8. The original postage cost that incurred by British Leather Supplies when sending out the order will be deducted from the refund total. This includes cases where the postage was free; in this case the actual postage cost incurred will be deducted.
