How to Use

How to Use

Apply a thin, even coat to both surfaces using a brush, roller or spray gun.
Allow the adhesive to dry until transparent and tacky (typically around 10–20 minutes).
Bring both surfaces together and apply firm, even pressure.
If the open time has been exceeded, simply reactivate the adhesive using heat (approximately 60–70°C) before bonding.

The adhesive reaches handling strength quickly, with maximum bond strength developing over the following 48 hours.

Ecostick 1804 – Permanent Bond

Ecostick 1804 is designed for permanent assembly. Once both surfaces have been coated, allowed to dry until tacky, and pressed together, the bond is extremely strong and intended to remain permanent. It is ideal for:
