George Barnsley Paring Knife Beech Handle
The George Barnsley Paring Knife Beech Handle is an all steel leather craft knife made in Sheffield, UK. This right handed knife measures 8" in length and is tapered from 1 1/8" to 7/8", with a 17 degree machined bevel. It is a versatile leather knife, specifically designed for thinning-down and trimming work. The 2025 Handled Edition comes fitted with an ergonomically shaped handle that fits in the palm of the hand when using allowing for a comfortable feel when using the knife. The scales are hand sanded and finished with mineral oil.
